Given our client-first approach, we prefer to manage our client relationships and transactions on a personal basis. If you have any question or concern please let us know right away and we'll be happy to discuss! That said, a few key policies you should know about are below:
 

• Please note that in all situations our service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed to in writing by your Architect.

• Much of our accounting and other internal workings are managed via our partner and host travel agency, Travel Experts, Inc. Service fees and other charges related to our services will be processed by Travel Experts so please look for this business name when searching for transactions on your bank statements. Any charges related to your trip itself will be processed by the suppliers directly.

• The Travel Architects and our host agency, Travel Experts, Inc., merely act as agents selling travel-related services and creating reservations or bookings for services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) that are not directly supplied by us. We work hard to connect our clients with trusted and reliable suppliers but cannot be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, or our clients, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.

• Traveling is a wonderful part of life, but nothing comes without some risk. We believe it's always a good idea to consider purchasing insurance to cover incidents which may occur and prevent you from being able to travel or if you experience issues, injury or other mishaps during the trip. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, accidents or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside our control. Please discuss any questions you may have about travel insurance and we'll be happy to guide you to the best policy options for you!

• We're here to help and guide you to resources that will help make your trips go smoothly. But, in the end, our clients assume responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
